Not Done Yet is a four week coaching experience for women on on their second act who are feeling a desire to create or express. Whether it's a visual arts pursuit, performance, writing, musical endeavor, body-centered activity, or any other new or long-held passion you left behind, this is where you will move it from your imagination to the material.

It's not too late and you are definitely not too old. There are many examples of people starting anew as late as their 70's and 80's, from stand-up comedy touring to the documented fact that women in their 60's and 70's are the fastest growing demographic of new writers and all visions in between.

We'll dismantle the beliefs that hold you back like, "it's too late", or "people your age don't do such things", replacing the negative comments with empowering truth, grounded confidence and a practical path forward.

Women Centered Coaching and Human Design are tools I use to support you to see and believe the brilliance in yourself and your potential. We'll challenge norms, help you to overturn old conditioning, offer new ways of thinking and break open the paradigm that has been keeping you small.

Human Design is a framework that helps you understand your energy and natural strengths and challenges. It reveals the way you're meant to move through the world with less resistance and more in alignment.

I’m an older woman who knows what it feels like to have dreams delayed, dismissed, or rediscovered — because I’ve lived it. Having been a single parent, my focus was providing for my child. I didn’t earn my college degree until 50, after being told journalism “wasn’t for girls like me.” I’ve since run a massage and yoga studio, taught English in Brazil, cared for my father during his last years, learned the ukulele, traveled solo across the U.S. for nine months, and started over more times than I can count.

These weren’t flawless successes — they were courage, risk, and growth in motion.

Now living in Costa Rica, I teach ESL, write-published my first short story-yay, and support second-act women who feel a creative dream returning. My training in Women Centered Counseling and Human Design, combined with lived experience, allows me to assist and help guide women through self-doubt, old narratives, and the emotional terrain of beginning again.
