Whether it's a visual arts pursuit; writing/editing; performing endeavor; a body-centered activity or any other long-held passion you left behind or a new one now brewing, this is where you will move it from your imagination to making it real in a way that fits this stage of life.

It's not too late and you are definitely not too old. There are many examples of people starting anew as late as their 70's and 80's. Women are doing stand-up comedy tours, there is the documented fact that women in their 60's and 70's are the fastest growing demographic of new writers, older women are becoming body builders or running marathons and all the possible dreams in-between.

We'll dismantle the beliefs that hold you back like, "it's too late", or "people your age don't do that". We'll internally replace the negativity with the empowering truth that you can be or do whatever you are choosing with passion and persistence. We'll establish grounded confidence and lay a practical path forward in your endeavor.
